A study of Quality of Working Life, Quality of Life and Its Psychological Correlates in Bank Organization

About the project

The purpose of this paper is to find out whether quality of working life and quality of life are inter-related or not? It also aims to find out relationship between quality of working life and other psychological variables. By using purposive sampling 200 bank officers were interviewed which comprised of junior, middle and senior level officers representing public and private sector banks. Some psychological scales were also introduced to find out their relationship. These are organizational stress questionnaire, personal adjustment inventory, self-confidence inventory, interpersonal trust scale, and organizational environment questionnaire.
