About the project

This study aims to document socio-economic status, livelihood aspect and status of food security of inhibitors in the Koshi river basin in Bihar followed by adoption strategies at the individual as well as at the community level to constraints and hazards related to water and induced by climate change. Further, this study would evaluate policy impacts on upstream-downstream cooperation in reducing vulnerabilities and improving socio-economic conditions.
